LHA is pleased to announce that we will be formally joining Local Authority choice-based letting schemes in your area. LHA is committed to assisting our Local Authority partners in meeting housing needs in the communities where we provide homes.
Applicants who require housing after 1 May 2010 will need to register with the Local Authority housing options team.

Homechoice
now available in Leicester area.
We are pleased to announce that HomeChoice is now available in the Leicester area which means that all of our properties are now let on a choice based platform. Shown left is Dave Weedon, Area Manager for the Leicester Region. Dave said: "We hope that you consider LHA, Central Region as a landlord of choice, and very much wish that you find our personal service to you, our customer, second to none." Covering some 3000 homes, from studio apartments to large family homes the Central Region has a home to suit most everyone.

getting the hits
Since the launch of the revamped Homechoice on 1st November 2004 the number of visitors to the website has dramatically increased. This is good news all round. Not only have we received very positive comments regarding the website but it is also popular with staff who find the new way of dealing with property lettings more streamlined and less time consuming. Following this success, we plan on launching HomeChoice in the Leicester area early next year. These is extremely good news for Leicester home seekers as they will soon be able to benefit from the choice based experience.

HomeChoice getting good results
After last weeks successful launch we have been impressed by the bids received so far on line. We have a new edition ready to go on the 15th November so please check back here soon for more details. HomeChoice launches!
Due to the success of the HomeChoice scheme in the Nottinghamshire area, LHA are pleased to announce that from 1st November 2004 they are now operating Homechoice to it’s south region, which covers the Northampton area. Using a new IT system, and revamped website it is anticipated that the service will be slicker and more efficient than it was before.
Using mailshot, email and this website, all properties are advertised to those looking for accommodation is this area.If you are interested in applying for a property in this area, complete a South region application form, once processed onto our IT system you can apply for any property that you meet the criteria for.
