Nottinghamshire area.

The north region covers Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire. There are two offices in this region, staffed by a friendly and experienced team and around 1800 quality properties, including over 600 properties in the former pit villages of Warsop, Meden Vale, Bilsthorpe, and Whaley Thorns.

LHA has recently completed an investment programme refurbishing these properties to a high standard in this area. As well as maintaining these improved homes, LHA has teamed up with a new company, Meden Valley Making places and it’s project partners to tackle abandoned and derelict private sector properties in north Nottinghamshire and north Derbyshire. The region also offers a range of sheltered housing schemes in Nottingham and Mansfield and a number of bungalows in Whaley Thorns, Forest Town, Bilsthorpe, and Mansfield Woodhouse.

Other properties can be found across a large area from Worksop in the north, to Sleaford in the south of the region.
