With an accessible regional office close to Northampton town centre, the Association manages around 1,000 homes locally.

From Oundle in the north, to Brackley in the south; Corby in the east, to Rugby in the west, LHA is active in eight local authority areas and is preferred partner of Corby BC, Daventry DC, Northampton BC and Wellingborough BC.

LHA is committed to developing thriving communities, and has forged successful partnerships with a range of local statutory and voluntary agencies to improve the quality of life in local neighbourhoods.

In Corby, for example, the Association is working with Catalyst Corby, the urban regeneration company, to address a priority issue for local residents; the closure of around 100 badly planned walkways on three estates, which have become a magnet for crime and anti-social behaviour, and are seen as a barrier to community safety.
